It is possible to directly support project work with donations. These urgently needed donations flow entirely and directly into projects that align with the goals of the statutes. They are not used to administer the foundation. Donations to the non-profit Florian Lex Foundation are tax-deductible.
The foundation fulfills all its tasks with the help of these donations, as well as from the income from the foundation's assets. It pursues exclusively non-profit and charitable purposes within the meaning of the German Tax Code. Donation receipts are gladly issued for donations of €300 or more, provided the name and address of the donor are known. Otherwise, the simplified donation receipt applies, which is accepted by the tax office in combination with the bank statement.
